With the rising trends of trans and non-binary Americans looking to file refugee claims in Canada, immigration lawyers and community advocates continue to push for our government to do more. Our team, among many others, are on the front lines of these inquiries, witnessing the fear that people are feeling and doing our best to provide immigration solutions for them.
